This is the scholarship price for online embodiment classes.
Mondays at 10am PST: Nia (dance/martial arts)
Fridays at 10am PST: Stillness Moving (movement meditation, similar to Tai Chi).
You are welcome to come to both. If you choose this option, you will receive the link and password to join online, plus you will receive the weekly recordings for both classes.
